Tips for relaxing because we all need to rest and recharge. Why do you need to rest and relax? Your Body mind and spirit all need a break. The body obviously to keep functioning. If you don’t get enough sleep you can’t function. I have probably another year for the sleep apnea machine to get fixed. Big difference in my quality of health by not sleeping. I also share other tips for relaxing in areas you might not be thinking about.
