Sleep Tips: Get Rest to Clear Clutter

I had insomnia really badly for about a month. I tried so many different solutions to conquer it, however nothing seemed to work. I then resorted to using hemp gel supplements (look here for more information) to help me get a better nights sleep and they finally started to make a difference to my sleep pattern. However, I realized during that month was that the less sleep I had, the more clutter I accumulated.  The desk in my office soon became piled with papers because I was too tired to deal with them and other work had to be a priority.  I had mental clutter causing my insomnia, but insomnia was also causing me mental clutter with worry.   I created emotional clutter by having a short fuse and not in control of my emotions.  I also accumulated spiritual clutter because I was focusing on the problems and joys of others rather that creating what I desired in life. And finally, I was creating energetic clutter because people could feel how stressed out and exhausted I was.
