We all probably know someone who when offered suggestions come up with why it cant be done. I have talked before if my husband lost his job how I would go get a job because I would not want to be without health insurance. Would it be my first choice? No, but sometimes you just have to take responsibility and do what needs to be done.  Learn tips for taking responsibility, moving forward and getting it done!

Take actions:

  • Write down what you have been avoiding that needs to get done.
  • Dig deeper. Can you discover why you are unmotivated or don’t want to do?
  • Create an action plan with baby steps how to do something.
  • Ask for support if you need to. You don’t have to go it alone.
