Intentionally Inspired Podcast Interview
As Jason summarized, We focused much of the conversation on the effects that an overwhelmed mindset can have us all. This is the foundational stuff that I believe determines how far someone can go in business. If you believe you have limits, then you do. It all begins in the mind. Julie shares 3 of her best tips for startup success too.
- Acknowledge your worth. What are you proud of? Who loves you? What do you do amazingly well? Write down a list of things that you believe show your worth. Tape it where you can see it.
- Establish boundaries. Where are you selling yourself short? What is the value in what you do? What do you need to say no to?
- Examine your relationships. Who supports you? Who doesn’t? Who do you need to release or take a step back from? Do you need to seek better relationships?
- Where do you 100% believe in you? Where could you believe in yourself more? How can you believe in yourself more? What do you do to make that happen?
