Have you been able to find joy? As we are focusing this month on spring cleaning, what would bring you joy once you have decluttered? Many times after my clients have decluttered, they want to celebrate, but sometimes after living with clutter for so long they have lost what brings them joy.  It is never too late to find happiness and what makes you sing.

Learn tips to find your joy.

  • if you don’t know what brings you joy, start exploring; look to your childhood; people you consider joyful; things that always looked interesting to you.
  • make time to practice what brings you joy or schedule time to explore what you think would make you happy; and
  • don’t forget the small things; they can bring you a lot of joy.
