Home Office

Have you paid late fees because you can’t find your bills to pay them on time? Did someone tell you they could save you money on your auto insurance but you couldn’t find the policy to see if that was true? Are you missing out on reimbursements for work because you can’t find your receipts?

I have a home office so I understand how important it is to have it clutter free and organized. Not only do I run my business from a home office, but it also where I record my podcast, write books, pay my bills and schedule my life. If this area isn’t organized and consumed with clutter, I am in trouble!

There are many things we can do to clear clutter and get your home office organized. Perhaps you need to set up a filing system so you can find what you need when you need it quickly. Maybe you need to organize all of your office supplies so you know what you have on hand and don’t run out. Or your desk may be the land of delayed decisions that keeps growing and growing. What you don’t realise is that there are loads of things that you can do to make your home office better and more efficient for you. For example, did you realise that you could start using business energy at home to help save you money on your energy bills. You could easily use someone like Simply Switch to help you find the cheapest business energy providers if that was something you wanted to do. But there are loads of other things that you could do, that’s why I am here to help you.

No matter what your needs, I can support you in getting your home office organized with all the high quality office furniture you could need which also fits your lifestyle. I am not a fan of the “one size fits all” way of thinking because it simply doesn’t work. I will organize your home office in a way that works for you. Setting up your office in the way that you want it done is crucial for creating a space that is truly yours. In terms of furnishing your office, you might want to have a look at somewhere like furniture in fashion, as they provide a vast array of furniture options that could prove to be valuable in the way that you go about setting up the layout of your office.

I am also a fan of routines and believe it is very important for the home office. Routines build good habits, increase our efficiency by getting more done in less time and can reduce clutter by easing your mind and reducing your stress. They help us focus to get the important things done. You save time if you do things regularly instead of letting everything pile up.

Home Office Organization

Julie was a dream to work with! She took my cluttered, unorganized office and worked with me to create a space that is as functional as it is attractive. I went from having the messiest office in my building to having one of the cleanest. People now come to my office when they need a few minutes of calm because it is so organized and peaceful! I love the elements of Feng Shui that Julie included into the organizing process!

Julie was able to develop organizational systems that worked with my challenges of having multiple learning disabilities and ADD. My productivity has increased, I am no longer constantly losing important papers, my focus has increased and I have been able to maintain my office! It is still as clean and organized as was when Julie finished it!
