Family Calendar: Is Your Family Life’s Organized?

In children, Organize Your Life, physical clutter

The Family Calendar is important for keeping track of everyone’s schedule.

I do it for our household. My hubsand doesn’t keep a calendar. I use Google calendar because it connects to the scheduling software for my business.   That is what got me to switch from dry erase boards to an electronic calendar.

Take actions:

  • Decide if you need a paper or an electronic calendar.
  • Choose one calendar
  • Pick one central calendar for the family
  • Write down everyone’s appointment, activities
  • Keep the family calendar in one place
  • Consider using color coding
  • Schedule family, date and you nights
