• Take the time to Figure out your mental clutter. Is it Anxiety, Feeling overwhelmed, Frustration, fear, unclear goals or priorities? Whatever it is, is okay. No judgment but once you know you can take action.
• Figure out your priorities. If you are not clear on what’s important, you can be wasting your mental energy by focusing on insignificant things.
• Be aware of other mental clutter your carry. You can’t release it if you don’t know what it is that you need to let go. Once you are aware of what needs to be replaced, make a conscious effort to release it.
