Take actions:

  • Acknowledge a fear. Feel the fear and release it in whatever shape supports you.
  • Practice coming from love. Instead of giving someone the finger who cuts you off in traffic, send them love.
  • Test out being for something instead of against something. Say things out loud and see if you feel a difference.
  • Upset? Go within. Angry? Go within. Physician heal thyself.
