In children, Organize Your Life, physical clutter

Going be upfront, I am not a fan of the garage sale. I have done myself and I have done for clients before. People now call me and ask me to do, I don’t. I tell them it isn’t worth it for them to pay me. However, it is worth it for you if you have cleared your clutter and are up for putting the work you need to do to have a garage sale.

Best advice to you to not go crazy is be very clear on the purpose of your garage sale. If you are doing it to make money back or make a lot of money, you probably won’t.

If it is more of a social or neighborhood event of if you are donating charity then you can have a lot of fun. It is also a great way to teach children about how to prepare for an event and motivate them to release their clutter.
